Shipping and Delivery Times
Please note that shipping times and delivery times are different. Shipping refers to the time it takes for an order to leave our warehouse and be handed over to the shipping carrier. Delivery refers to the time it takes for the package to reach its destination after it has been shipped.

1. USA: 3-7 days
2. Canada and Europe: 7-15 days
3. Latin America & Others: 15-30 days
Total delivery time should be calculated by adding the shipping time to the approximate delivery time for your destination. Please be aware that these are business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Additionally, individual order delivery times may vary due to Customs processing, which is beyond our control.
Refunds and Shipping Charges
Refunds for returned items will not include any shipping and handling charges displayed on the packaging slip or invoice. All shipping charges for returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and any refunded amounts will not include the original cost of shipping.
Local and Import Taxes
Our shipping fees do not include any local or import taxes. Customers are responsible for paying any taxes required for the release of packages and ensuring final delivery. Failure to pay import tax fees and/or return of packages will make you ineligible for refunds.
Restocking Fee for Damaged Packaging
A restocking fee of 20% of the product's full cost will be charged for returned items. This fee will be of 100% if the packaging, barcodes, or labels are damaged as we would need to dispose the product if packaging, barcodes or labels are not in their original state.
Package Combination
To streamline the delivery process and ensure efficient service, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment when appropriate. This results in increased internal shipping charges for the combined package due to the higher weight, volume, and preparation time. We regret to inform you that we are unable to provide refunds for any shipping charges incurred on combined orders. To ensure efficient shipping and minimize charges, we encourage customers to consider placing one large order rather than multiple smaller ones.
